Aaron Kranz Photography strives to represent every property as accurately and professionally as possible. Real estate photography is captured using professional wide-angle lenses to properly photograph interior spaces. As with all wide-angle photography, objects located near the edges of an image may occasionally appear slightly larger, smaller, stretched, or otherwise different in proportion than they appear to the human eye. This is a natural optical characteristic of wide-angle lenses and is not an intentional alteration of the property.

Our interior photographs are typically created from multiple RAW exposures captured at different brightness levels and professionally hand-blended to produce a balanced and natural representation of the space. The professional cameras, wide-angle lenses, multiple-exposure photography, and image-production methods we use are consistent with standard practices commonly used by professional real estate photographers throughout the St. Louis area and the real estate photography industry. These techniques are not unique to Aaron Kranz Photography and are routinely used to photograph residential real estate. We do not intentionally alter the size, shape, dimensions, layout, or physical characteristics of a property. Natural and artificial lighting, time of day, reflections, camera exposure, white balance, and surrounding colors can cause flooring, paint, cabinetry, wallpaper, appliances, and other finishes to appear somewhat different in a photograph than they do in person.

All images are carefully reviewed using a high-quality, professionally calibrated BenQ monitor to maintain consistent and accurate color reproduction. However, photographs may appear noticeably different when viewed on other devices. Phones, tablets, televisions, and computer monitors can display color, brightness, contrast, saturation, and white balance differently depending on the device, manufacturer, display technology, individual settings, and viewing environment.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide an accurate representation of each property, exact reproduction of color, brightness, perspective, and proportion cannot be guaranteed. Minor visual differences are an inherent part of photography, lighting, lens characteristics, and digital displays and should not be considered an intentional alteration or misrepresentation of the property.
